Ninja Credit is FOOT NINJAS' store credit system.

Credits are stored securely in your FOOT NINJAS account wallet.
 

How To Use Ninja Credit

Available credit automatically appears during checkout.

Customers may apply available Ninja Credit toward:

• Product purchases
• Shipping charges
• Applicable taxes where permitted
    

Where Ninja Credit Can Be Used

Ninja Credit can only be redeemed through:

• FootNinjas.com
• The FOOT NINJAS mobile APP
    

Expiration

Ninja Credit does not expire.

Unused balances remain available indefinitely unless prohibited by law.
  

Restrictions

Ninja Credit:

• Cannot be redeemed for cash
• Cannot be withdrawn
• Cannot be transferred between accounts
• Cannot be sold
• Cannot be exchanged for gift cards
• Cannot be applied to previous purchases
   

Fraud Prevention

FOOT NINJAS reserves the right to suspend, revoke, or adjust Ninja Credit balances obtained through:

• Fraudulent activity
• Chargebacks
• Payment disputes
• Abuse of promotions
• Violation of our Terms of Service
   

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a customer files a payment dispute or chargeback after receiving a refund, credit, replacement, or other resolution, FOOT NINJAS reserves the right to:

• Suspend the customer's account
• Remove Ninja Credit balances
• Restrict future purchases
• Submit supporting documentation to the payment processor

• Pursue recovery of amounts owed where permitted by law

    

All fraud-prevention decisions are final.
We reserve the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to the right to block access to our site.
