Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

FOOT NINJAS is not responsible for delays resulting from:

11. Refused Shipments & Returned Packages

Packages that are:

  • Refused
  • Rejected
  • Unclaimed
  • Returned due to incorrect addresses
  • Returned to sender by carriers

may be treated as returns under our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

Refunds for such orders may be issued as Ninja Credit only, less applicable shipping, carrier, customs, and return fees.
 

12. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns are governed by our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

Eligibility requirements apply.

Certain items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Approved returns may be refunded in the form of Ninja Credit.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and may be denied once order processing has begun.
 

13. Ninja Credit

Ninja Credit is store credit issued by FOOT NINJAS.

Ninja Credit:

  • Does not expire
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Cannot be transferred
  • Cannot be sold
  • Can only be used on FootNinjas.com and the FOOT NINJAS mobile application

14. Promotional Offers

From time to time, FOOT NINJAS may offer:

  • Discounts
  • Promotional credits
  • Coupon codes
  • Rewards
  • Limited-time offers

Promotions:

  • Have no cash value
  • May be modified or terminated at any time
  • May not be combined unless expressly permitted

Abuse of promotional offers may result in cancellation or account restrictions.
 

15. Electronic Communications

By creating an account, placing an order, subscribing to communications, or otherwise interacting with FOOT NINJAS electronically, you consent to receive communications from us electronically.

17. Mobile Application Terms

If you access FOOT NINJAS through the FOOT NINJAS mobile application, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable app store requirements.

FOOT NINJAS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the application solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any application feature at any time.
 

18. User Content & Submissions

If you submit reviews, feedback, photographs, testimonials, suggestions, social media content, or other materials to FOOT NINJAS, you grant FOOT NINJAS a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, display, and create derivative works from such content.

You represent that:

  • You own or control the rights to the content.
  • The content does not violate third-party rights.
  • The content is lawful and accurate.

FOOT NINJAS may remove content at its sole discretion.
 

19. Intellectual Property

All content appearing on FOOT NINJAS, including but not limited to:

  • Logos
  • Branding
  • Graphics
  • Images
  • Videos
  • Product descriptions
  • Website design
  • Text
  • Software

is owned by or licensed to FOOT NINJAS and protected by intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.
 

20. Copyright & Intellectual Property Claims

If you believe content appearing on our platform infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, please contact us with sufficient information to investigate the claim.

FOOT NINJAS reserves the right to remove allegedly infringing content and take appropriate action.
 

21. Prohibited Activities

  • Cancel transactions
  • Limit purchases
  • Restrict accounts

where fraud, abuse, or security concerns are identified.

All risk-management decisions are final.
 

23. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact FOOT NINJAS before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

FOOT NINJAS reserves the right to provide supporting evidence in response to disputes, including:

  • Order records
  • Tracking information
  • Delivery confirmations
  • Authentication records
  • Customer communications
  • Device and transaction information
  • Fraud-prevention records

If a chargeback is initiated after:

  • Delivery confirmation
  • A refund
  • Ninja Credit issuance
  • A replacement shipment
  • Any other resolution

FOOT NINJAS may:

  • Suspend accounts
  • Restrict future purchases
  • Revoke promotional credits
  • Remove Ninja Credit balances obtained through abuse
  • Pursue recovery of amounts owed where permitted by law

Fraudulent disputes may be reported to payment processors, financial institutions, fraud-prevention networks, and law enforcement where appropriate.
 

24. Force Majeure

FOOT NINJAS shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Severe weather
  • Floods
  • Fires
  • Earthquakes
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Supply chain shortages
  • Labor disputes
  • Government actions
  • Public health emergencies
  • Internet outages
  • Utility failures
  • Cybersecurity incidents
  • Civil unrest
  • Terrorism
  • Armed conflict

Performance obligations shall be suspended during such events.
 

25. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FOOT NINJAS shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Incidental damages
  • Consequential damages
  • Lost profits
  • Lost opportunities
  • Data loss
  • Business interruption

arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable order.
 

26. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

FOOT NINJAS makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement except where prohibited by law.
 

27. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FOOT NINJAS, its affiliates, employees, officers, partners, service providers, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of our services
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Violation of applicable law
  • Misuse of products or services
     

28. Limitation Period

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any claim arising from or relating to FOOT NINJAS or any purchase must be brought within one (1) year after the claim arose.

Claims not brought within this period shall be permanently barred.
 

29. Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to:

  • These Terms
  • Any order
  • Any product
  • Any refund
  • Any account
  • Any use of FOOT NINJAS services

shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration.

The parties waive:

  • Jury trials
  • Court litigation where permitted
  • Class actions
  • Collective actions
  • Representative proceedings

Arbitration shall be conducted solely on an individual basis.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking temporary injunctive relief where permitted by law.
 

30. Class Action Waiver

You agree that any claim against FOOT NINJAS shall be brought solely in your individual capacity.

You waive any right to participate in:

  • Collective actions
  • Representative actions
  • Private attorney general actions

This waiver applies whether claims are pursued through arbitration or otherwise.

Your use of FOOT NINJAS is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you acknowledge that information may be collected, processed, stored, and shared with service providers as described in that policy, including payment processors, fraud-prevention providers, shipping carriers, analytics providers, and marketing platforms.

33. Governing Law
