Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

 
30-Day Return Policy

We gladly accept eligible returns within 30 calendar days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, all items must remain:

  • Brand new
  • Unworn
  • Unused
  • Unaltered
  • In original packaging
  • With original tags
  • With original accessories
  • In resellable condition
     

Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Socks
  • Replacement laces
  • Shoe care products
  • Cleaning products
  • Insoles
  • Accessories
  • Gift cards
  • Ninja Credit purchases
  • International orders
     

Return Approval Process

Before a return label can be issued, customers must submit photographs showing:

  • Product condition
  • Box condition
  • Product tags
  • Accessories
  • Packaging contents

This allows FOOT NINJAS to pre-approve eligibility before return shipment.

Approval is required before any return may be sent.

Unauthorized returns may be rejected and returned to the sender at the customer's expense.
 

Return Shipping

Once approved:

  • A prepaid return label will be provided
  • The item must be shipped within 7 calendar days of return approval

Failure to ship the return within the 7-day period will result in:

  • Automatic return cancellation
  • Return label invalidation
  • Loss of return eligibility
     

Refused, Rejected, Undeliverable & Return-to-Sender Shipments

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout and for accepting delivery of their order.

If a package is:

  • Refused upon delivery
  • Rejected by the recipient
  • Returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address
  • Returned due to failed delivery attempts
  • Unclaimed by the recipient
  • Returned to sender by the carrier for any customer-related reason

the order will be treated as a return.

Upon receipt of the returned package, the item will undergo inspection and verification.

If approved, the order will be refunded in the form of Ninja Credit only.

The following amounts will be deducted from the refund value:

  • Original shipping and handling charges
  • Return shipping fees charged by the carrier
  • Address correction fees
  • Return-to-sender fees
  • Customs, duties, taxes, or carrier surcharges incurred by FOOT NINJAS
  • Any additional fees assessed by the shipping carrier

The remaining balance, if any, will be issued as Ninja Credit to the customer's account.

Customers who repeatedly refuse shipments, reject deliveries, or abuse carrier return processes may have future orders restricted, cancelled, or denied at FOOT NINJAS' sole discretion.
 

Inspection & Verification

All returns undergo inspection and verification upon arrival.

Returns are reviewed by FOOT NINJAS and our risk-prevention partners to ensure compliance with our return requirements.

Returns may be denied if:

  • Products show signs of wear
  • Products have been used
  • Products have been altered or modified
  • Packaging is damaged beyond normal shipping wear
  • Original packaging is missing
  • Accessories are missing
  • Tags have been removed
  • Fraud indicators are detected
  • The returned item does not match the item originally shipped

If a return is denied, the item may be returned to the customer at their expense.
 

High-Risk Returns

FOOT NINJAS reserves the right to deny any return identified as high-risk by our fraud-prevention, risk-analysis, or authentication systems.

Examples may include, but are not limited to:

  • Excessive return activity
  • Evidence of product swapping
  • Altered merchandise
  • Fraudulent claims
  • Suspicious account activity

All risk-prevention determinations are final.
 

Processing Timeline

Once a return arrives at the FOOT NINJAS facility:

  • Please allow 1–2 business days for the item to reach a verification specialist
  • Verification and processing require a minimum of 3 business days

Additional review time may be required during high-volume periods, holidays, or when additional authentication is necessary.
 

Refund Method

Approved returns are refunded as Ninja Credit (Store Credit).

No cash refunds will be issued.

The approved return value will be credited to the customer's FOOT NINJAS account wallet.

Ninja Credit

Ninja Credit:

  • Does not expire
  • Is tied to the customer's account
  • Can only be used on FootNinjas.com
  • Can only be used within the FOOT NINJAS mobile application
  • Cannot be transferred
  • Cannot be sold
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Cannot be withdrawn to a bank account or payment method
     

Order Cancellations

Because many products are sourced, reserved, or processed immediately after an order is placed, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

Orders may not be cancelled once:

  • Processing has begun
  • Inventory has been reserved
  • Authentication has started
  • A shipping label has been created
  • The order has shipped

Cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be approved or denied at FOOT NINJAS' discretion.

If a cancellation request is approved, any refund may be issued as Ninja Credit.
 

International Orders

All international sales are final.

Due to customs regulations, import requirements, duties, taxes, shipping costs, and cross-border logistics, international orders are not eligible for:

  • Returns
  • Refunds
  • Exchanges
  • Cancellations after shipment

Customers are solely responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or import charges imposed by their country or local authorities.
 

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact FOOT NINJAS directly regarding any order issues before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

FOOT NINJAS reserves the right to provide order records, shipment tracking information, delivery confirmation, authentication records, customer communications, and other relevant documentation in response to any payment dispute.

Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks, abuse of return policies, or payment disputes may be restricted, suspended, or permanently banned from future purchases.
