What "Deadstock" Means

Deadstock (DS) refers to merchandise that:

• Has never been worn
• Has never been used
• Has not been altered or customized
• Includes original manufacturer packaging
• Includes original accessories, tags, laces, inserts, and extras when originally provided by the manufacturer

Products may show minor manufacturing variations, shelf wear, or box imperfections that occur during retail storage, transportation, or the original manufacturing process.

Such cosmetic packaging imperfections do not affect authenticity and are not considered defects.
 

Our Authentication Process

Every eligible product undergoes a multi-point authentication process performed by trained verification specialists.

Verification may include:

If a customer can provide credible evidence from a recognized authentication service proving an item received from FOOT NINJAS is not authentic, we will investigate the claim immediately.

If the claim is verified:

• The customer will receive a prepaid return label
• The item must be returned for inspection
• A full refund will be issued after verification
   

Final Authentication Authority

FOOT NINJAS reserves the right to make the final determination regarding product authenticity after reviewing all available evidence.
 

Zero-Tolerance Counterfeit Policy

FOOT NINJAS maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward counterfeit products.
