The Nike Air Foamposite Pro "College Football Pack - LSU Tigers / Louisiana State University" is one of two college football-themed Foamposite Pros releasing November 5, 2026 — paired with an Ohio State version — and the most graphically specific Nike basketball shoe applied to a collegiate program since the Foamposite One "Tianjin" applied city-specific art to its shell in 2022. The Foamposite Pro's molded polyurethane construction is the ideal vehicle for team-specific design: the seamless, one-piece shell is essentially a sculptable surface that can carry graphic detail across its full exterior without any panel seaming, stitching, or material boundary interrupting the design. University Gold covers the full primary shell in the specific LSU-official yellow-gold — the saturated warm gold of Death Valley at night — with black tiger stripe graphics pressed or molded across the shell surface in a pattern that distributes the stripes as they would appear on the Tigers' actual mascot. Purple arrives at the collar, eyestay, and inner lining as the second of LSU's two signature colors — the color relationship of purple and gold that has defined the program since 1893. An LSU tiger eye logo appears on the heel as the most immediately recognizable piece of school-specific branding, and "LSU" initials appear on the tongue in the school's official lettering. The heel pull tab carries "Geaux Tigers" — the Louisiana French spelling of the Tigers' rallying cheer, the most specific and most regionally authentic text detail on the shoe. A mostly purple translucent outsole closes the build from below, the school's secondary color completing the construction at the ground contact zone.
