A black synthetic upper forms the covert, night-operable base — dark, flat, and deliberately void of contrast — referencing the all-black field gear of low-visibility reconnaissance operations. Against this black canvas, Light Lucid Green hits the collar trim, inner bootie lining, and outsole with the precise luminescent green of a night vision goggle display, making the shoe's color story feel genuinely referential rather than decorative. The two most technically considered details land on the shoe's branding elements: the enlarged forefoot Swoosh is filled with a pixelated static pattern — the TV-static, digital-noise graphic that mimics the grainy infrared overlay of a NVG lens — and the KD heel logo carries the same pixel treatment, embedding the tactical theme into the shoe's own identity marks rather than applying it as surface decoration.
