The Air Jordan 3 Retro "Spring is in the Air" is the most materially transformed seasonal Air Jordan 3 in Jordan Brand's spring lineup for 2026 - a pastel-driven release that applies a full construction revision to two of the AJ3's most signature surface elements rather than simply changing the colorway. The two most visually specific changes define the shoe's identity: the standard elephant print overlays at the toe and heel - one of the AJ3's most immediately recognizable surface textures - are replaced entirely with embroidered versions in the same zones, the three-dimensional raised texture substituted with a flat embroidered interpretation that reads as softer and more seasonal without removing the reference entirely. The Nike Air heel branding returns in the OG specification - a detail that purists have pointed to as one of the AJ3's most important historical markers and that this release restores in a soft Aura pink tone rather than the standard red. A Sail leather upper covers the full primary surface with the warm off-white that serves as the neutral canvas for the multi-pastel palette above and below it. Jade Aura, Iris Whisper, Iced Carmine, and Aura pink distribute across the embroidered overlays, tongue lining, midsole accents, and outsole in a pastel combination that is deliberately broad - green, purple, pink, and blue present simultaneously - rather than limiting the seasonal palette to one or two accent colors. A Muslin midsole with visible Air unit underfoot and a translucent Aura pink outsole close the build in the same warm, aged register as the upper.
